NOW PROVIDING INFANT AND TODDLER COVID VACCINATIONS

We continue providing Pfizer and Moderna primary vaccine series as well as the bivalent boosters. We are accepting requests for vaccinations for Covid by text or phone call. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND TEXTING RATHER THAN CALLING FOR AN APPOINTMENT.

We ask that you text us first at (480) 282-8336 to find out if we have the vaccine you’re requesting in stock. We will then provide you a time slot to arrive.

Please bring a form of Government ID and, if you have a primary insurance plan, a copy of your insurance card(s). We will charge your insurance for the administration of the vaccine. There is no charge for the vaccine itself, and we do not charge any other fees.

We are immunizing all age groups currently approved.
